Hello Love! I’m Sarah Sparks, a Chief Soul Strategist who helps powerful women, founders, and leaders integrate strategy and intuition so they can lead, scale, and create wealth without burnout.
Known for my grounded, non-performative approach, I guide leaders to align the soul of their business with the business of their soul, ending the internal split between logic and intuition, spirituality and success. My work centers on identity stabilization, embodied leadership, and whole success.
In 2026, the year of No More Splits, my work supports leaders who are done compartmentalizing who they are in order to be taken seriously. I believe wholeness is not a soft concept, but the most strategic one.
